Refunds and Returns

Unfortunately, at present Sehriaraz does not offer an refund or exchange service. Unless you receive an item that is faulty, please read terms and conditions below. 

We have taken the time to take multiple images and provide videos and a detailed size chart of our products so our customers are in a better position to make an informed decision. We are always here to help if you need any extra information regarding any outfit via both email and WhatsApp chat. 

Damages/Faults
All orders are quality checked prior to shipping for any faults/damages with video evidence obtained. If however you do recieve a faulty item then you must contact us within 24 hours by emailing us with a picture of the fault along with your order number to the following:

Any other reason for return will be strictly under our discretion and the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping.

Please Note:

Most of the products we sell are all hand embroidered and hand embellished. Due to this the embellishments used including any mirrors, sequins, pearls, beads and tassels are fragile and delicate in their usage.
These delicate items can become displaced (5%-10%) in transit or in use and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the fragile nature of the work.
Please make sure you are happy with the above information prior to your purchase. These garments should be worn with care and preferably dry cleaned to avoid any damage.
